Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out what you may and may not do when using SupplyFi, operated by CounterCarbon Ltd, company number 17061500, registered in England and Wales. This AUP forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Permitted use
You may use SupplyFi to:
- Collect, manage, and distribute product information for your business.
- Invite your suppliers and internal team members to collaborate on product data.
- Connect the platform to third-party commerce and ERP systems via our supported connectors.
- Export and back up your own data.
2. Prohibited use
You must not use SupplyFi to:
- Upload, store, or transmit any data that is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, or infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service, or to any other user's account or data.
- Introduce malware, viruses, ransomware, or any other harmful code.
- Use the platform to send unsolicited commercial communications (spam).
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service using automated means.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise derive source code from the Service.
- Resell, sublicence, or otherwise make the Service available to third parties without our written consent.
- Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the platform or its infrastructure.
- Impersonate any person or organisation, or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity.
- Use the Service to process data for which you do not have the appropriate legal basis under applicable data protection law.
3. Data quality
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all product data submitted through the Service. You must not knowingly submit false, misleading, or fraudulent product information.
4. Account security
- You must use strong, unique passwords for your SupplyFi account.
- You must not share login credentials between multiple individuals. Each user should have their own account.
- You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any security breach involving your account.
5. Enforcement
We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations of this AUP. If we determine that a violation has occurred, we may take action including:
- Issuing a warning.
- Suspending or terminating your account.
- Removing offending content or data.
- Reporting activity to relevant authorities where required by law.
We will use reasonable judgement in determining whether a violation has occurred and the appropriate response.
