Every paid plan includes unlimited team users; suppliers and customers, free and unlimited; the supplier portal with field-level review; the customer portal and feeds; workflows; PIM, media, tech sheets, barcodes and documents with share links; the API and the scheduled CSV/SFTP export; and Fi, our AI agent, with AI drafts and translations on your included credits. Bring your own AI key, or connect Claude, Cursor and other assistants over MCP, both free. Digital Product Passports are included on every plan, one per SKU. Shop connectors are an add-on.

An automated feed of which regulations apply to you, and what's coming, derived from your own products and materials, with the 'why you', the action to take, and the deadline for each. Also in the compliance package. Supplier compliance scores are included free on every plan.
Detection is automatic and indicative; confirm scope with your compliance scheme.

Bring your own key, and MCP
Connect your own AI key, or connect Claude, Cursor and other MCP-compatible assistants to your workspace. You pay your AI provider directly.
Setup is self-serve: Fi proposes product types, workflows, tech-sheet layouts and bulk imports from what you type, and drafts descriptions and translations in bulk. You approve every change. Spreadsheets go in with the CSV import wizard. What setup costs in credits
Fi never sees your customer or supplier details, just the data they submit.
Every plan includes monthly credits: Free 25, Starter 4,000, Growth 10,000, Pro 20,000, Scale 50,000. A credit is about one product description or one translation. A single Fi job typically uses 30 to 300 credits; a full first setup is around 5,000. Fi shows a credit estimate before bigger jobs.

Pushes approved products and changes to your shop. New products arrive as drafts (Shopify, WooCommerce) for you to publish. Removing products from your shop is manual for now. Field mapping, variants and metafields.

Magento connector
Pushes approved products and changes to your Magento 2 (or Adobe Commerce) store. Integration-token auth, field mapping to native attributes, unmapped fields as custom_attributes. New products arrive disabled for you to enable. Removing products from your shop is manual for now.

SAP connector
Push approved product data to SAP Business One via the Service Layer (OITM Items), with field mapping to standard and user-defined fields. SAP is an enterprise install — every environment differs, so we scope and quote the implementation per customer.*

API access
Programmatic read access to your catalogue, families and schemas. Bearer-token auth, scoped permissions. 50,000 calls a month on Starter and Growth, 250,000 on Pro and 1 million on Scale.

CSV / SFTP scheduled export
A CSV of your approved catalogue dropped to an SFTP server on a daily schedule, plus on-demand 'export now'. Password or key auth. Perfect for older systems that ingest a nightly file.
Digital Product Passports
Digital Product Passports are included on every plan, free: one passport per SKU, up to your plan's SKU limit (200 on Free, 2,000 on Starter, 5,000 on Growth, 10,000 on Pro, 25,000 on Scale). It's just a link to data you already hold, so we don't charge for it. A trial gets its trial SKU limit.

If you have paid for a plan and it ends, all your published passports stay online, read-only, for one calendar year from the date it ends, at no charge. We'll remind you 90 days before they're taken down, so you have time to move them and stay compliant. Paying for a plan again clears the countdown. Passports of a workspace that has never paid go offline when access ends: when a trial ends the workspace is read-only and its passports go offline; if a Free account is closed, its passports go offline. You can export them in open formats at any time.

Setting up with Fi: about 5,000 credits
A single Fi job typically uses 30 to 300 credits; a full first setup is around 5,000. That's covered by the monthly credits on Growth and above, or one £99 top-up.
For example, 5,000 credits could cover:
- Fi proposing about 10 product types and workflows (about 150 credits each)
- bulk-importing families from a typed spec (about 100 credits per import)
- drafting descriptions for about 1,500 SKUs (1 each)
- translating them into one language (1 each)
These figures are estimates only. Actual credit use depends on the size and state of your data and how many changes you ask Fi to make. Fi shows a credit estimate before bigger jobs. Credits used aren't refundable, and SupplyFi isn't liable for the outcome of setup work you approve.
